About me and my practice

I embody what it means to be trauma informed, I am critical of the pathologisation of human distress and I will centre your lived experience during our time together using this to anchor us at all times. I have the capacity to share relevant psychoeducation, grounding and stabilisation amongst other techniques for working with a variety of issues.

I remain curious, open and willing to learn from all who I work with and I trust that I can walk alongside you helping you create a life that you are proud of, which aligns with your values & where you feel you can truly be yourself (maybe for the first time ever).

Experience

My career so far has had me specifically supporting survivors of sexual violence, individuals who are suicidal and those who identify as having serious mental health concerns who feel they have been 'written off' by mental health services. My initial training means that I can working all adults (18+) across a wide range of life experiences.

Initial Consultation

Initial sessions will be an hour, here I will outline my modality and answer any questions you may have regarding how we can work together.

Fees

Initial consultation - £40
Subsidised rate - £30
Standard rate - £40
Pay it forward rate - £50

All sessions will last 50-60mins

Longer sessions are available after a minimum of 6 weekly sessions.

When I Work

Fridays - 10am - 8pm
Weekday evenings - 6pm - 8pm
Some weekend availability - please specify if you are looking for weekends
